In September 2023, Luiz Landeiro began receiving support from The Wine Office team, who provided technical assistance throughout the entire process. After analyzing the land—taking into account soil characteristics, microclimate, temperature range, water abundance, and tourism potential—it was concluded that Tapada do Fental, in Nisa, would be the ideal location for Casa Landeiro Wines.
